Terms & Conditions

• The house must be booked for a minimum of 3 days. And in high season (July and August) longer stays are prioritised.

• It can accommodate up to 9 guests (additional single beds available upon request).

• Flexible accommodation arrangements are available regarding capacity and number of guests.

• A 50% downpayment is required to secure the booking.

• The house has two floors that are not connected from the inside. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located on the bottom floor, while Bedrooms 1 and 2, along with the common areas, are on the top floor.
